Mobile First Approach

Creating a mobile-first website that appeals to the people who loves travelling. We aimed to add an innovative interactive experience to a car renting progress. Renting a car online journey needs many user actions and it is a boring progress. In the new user experience design, we focused on reducing the number of those actions, making the journey shorter.

When designing the site, we take into consideration the users' web surfing habits in Turkey. We offered them a rental experience they had never experienced before.

Less interaction, more sales

As of the period when we launched the website, digital transformation has started in our brand. According to Google Analytics data, the bounce rate has decreased by 20%. Online car bookings increased by 32%.

Most of the users made their reservations with a responsive experience, showing again how important the mobile first approach is.
