Luviya

Luviya is a pioneering mixed-use living project in Antalya that brings residences, a shopping mall, a boutique hotel and office spaces together under a single roof. At Scope Digital, we built a conversion-focused website that tells the project’s distinctive living promise, generates pre-sales inquiries and draws visitors into the project through interactive virtual tours — all before the very first brick was laid.

Summary
  • Luviya is a conversion-focused website with a 360° virtual tour for a mixed-use living project in Antalya.
  • Designed for developers who want to sell residential, retail and hospitality segments before construction begins.
  • Delivered 1,240 qualified pre-sales inquiries and an 8.3% campaign conversion rate in the two months before construction.

Challenge

Luviya needed to sell not just apartments but a living concept — yet it had no digital presence to do so. Prospective buyers could not picture what it would feel like to live in a mixed-use complex housing a shopping mall, a hotel and an office tower. Competing projects in Antalya were already running aggressive digital campaigns, and Luviya was entering the market late at a higher price segment that demanded a premium brand experience.

Solution

We designed the website around four distinct experience zones — residential, retail, hospitality and commercial — each with its own visual narrative and call-to-action flow. A 360-degree virtual tour let visitors explore sample apartments, the shopping mall atrium and hotel lobbies from their phones. The lead-capture system was integrated with the sales team’s CRM; inquiries were routed by apartment type and budget range, enabling faster follow-up.

Results & Impact

Within the two months before construction even began, the website generated 1,240 qualified pre-sales inquiries. The virtual tour section reached a 67% completion rate — meaning two out of every three visitors explored all four zones — and average session duration rose to 4 minutes 20 seconds. Paid campaign traffic converted at 8.3%, well above the real estate industry average of 2-3%, achieved largely thanks to the immersive experience and streamlined inquiry forms.

Frequently Asked Questions

How did the Luviya website generate sales before construction started?
A 360-degree virtual tour and four distinct experience zones (residential, retail, hospitality, commercial) let buyers imagine living in the project when not a single brick existed yet; CRM-integrated inquiry forms turned that interest into qualified pre-sales leads.
Do virtual tours actually work for a mixed-use real estate project?
Yes. At Luviya the virtual tour reached a 67% completion rate and raised average session duration to 4 minutes 20 seconds; the immersive experience drove an 8.3% conversion on paid traffic, above the industry average.
Why should real estate website inquiry forms be integrated with a CRM?
CRM integration automatically segments submissions by apartment type and budget range, delivering pre-qualified leads to the sales team; this eliminates hours lost on unqualified calls and saves weeks of manual work from the very first month.
