- We built a trustworthy social media strategy and content ecosystem for the Medical Park hospital group, bound by the compliance rules specific to the healthcare sector.
- Content driven by physician interviews, surgical technology showcases, and patient stories was designed for corporate hospital brands seeking community in healthcare communication.
- In ten months, follower count grew by 178%, social channels generated more than 2,400 patient inquiries, and unaided brand awareness rose by 62%.
Challenge
Social media management in the healthcare sector is an extremely sensitive area; sharing incorrect or misleading information can seriously damage corporate reputation. Medical Park needed a content strategy that could inspire trust in its followers while accurately conveying the expertise of its medical staff and the hospital’s technological infrastructure.
Solution
For Medical Park, we built a content ecosystem that blended physician specialist biographies, surgical technology showcases, and healthy living tips. With the “Ask the Expert” format, we regularly published short video interviews with doctors; this format became the primary driver of organic engagement. Success stories based on patient experience were prepared in full compliance with data privacy regulations.
Results & Impact
Over the ten-month collaboration, Medical Park’s social media follower count grew by 178% and the “Ask the Expert” video series became the primary source of organic engagement with more than 3.8 million cumulative views. Social channels generated over 2,400 direct patient inquiries, ranging from appointment requests to second-opinion consultations. An independent brand tracking study measured a 62% increase in unaided brand awareness among the 25-45 age group in key metropolitan markets.
